In a few days we bid farewell to 2017 and welcome 2018 with great enthusiasm.
We will especially remember 2017 as the year we celebrated our 65th anniversary, a goal that we are proud of having achieved since it is the reward of years of work and effort. All this is reflected in the fact that we continue to comply with our business plan and with the objectives of growth and positioning in the market, all thanks to the loyalty of our customers and, of course, to the FNG team.
However, it is not the only reason why we can say goodbye to 2017 happy and satisfied. This year has been strongly marked by collaborations with entities and associations that have given us the opportunity to get involved in actions and projects of great interest to the FNG team.
Among them, associations such as Bomberos Unidos Sin Fronteras (BUSF), with which we have had the opportunity to collaborate by purchasing several silicone bracelets from their solidarity shop, or the Food Bank of Mallorca, with whom we have organized an internal food collection, in which both workers and company have shown their great spirit of solidarity collecting 886kg for the association.
This summer, we also had the great opportunity to collaborate with the Rudy Fernández Foundation, offering the logistics for its summer basketball camps CRF5 Camp and CMF5 Camp, led by former basketball player Marta Fernández.
Ocean Dream has been the last project in which we have collaborated during 2017, a journey through the Atlantic Ocean with the aim of raising funds for research into the cure of cancer.
In addition to all this, during the year we have been able to participate in events such as the Palma de Mallorca carnival, ceding a tractor for the Mallorcan humor idol, Madó Pereta, or participating in sporting events such as popular races.
2018 awaits with great projects that excite us greatly, so we can only welcome it with open arms and hope that it is, at least, as good as 2017.
We thank once again all our customers, collaborators and the entire FNG team, which make each year better than the previous one.
