FNG Fornes Logistics collaborates in the 6th edition of the Passejada en Roda Petita.
Another year, FNG Fornes Logistics dedicates the month of February to give visibility to minority diseases on the occasion of the World Day of Rare Diseases that is celebrated every year on February 28.
This year, the company has collaborated with the Associació Catalana de la Síndrome X Fràgil in transporting material for the 6th edition of "La passejada en roda petita", a walk through the Gracia neighborhood where participants attend with their small wheel transports, bicycles, skates, scooters, etc., and, later, enjoy a party with workshops and raffles to raise funds for the association.
This event is considered a preamble to the events to commemorate the World Day of Rare Diseases, which aims to raise awareness among the population regarding minority pathologies and the situations that these families live.
In addition to the collaboration, the company has made an economic contribution for the projects of the association and its role as host and help to families diagnosed.
As defined by the association, Fragile X syndrome is a genetic disorder of family transmission linked to the X chromosome, which can cause difficulties ranging from learning problems to decreased intellectual capacity.
